Progress Solutions, a KLJ Solutions Company, will manage, direct, staff, and oversee, on an exclusive basis, the day-to-day operations of the Horizon saltwater disposal wells and all other Horizon oilfield waste management operations. Additionally, Progress Solutions coordinates the wastewater transportation logistics for Horizon’s E&P customers, operates all Horizon wastewater facilities, and manages the infield gathering systems developed by Horizon at the request of its customers.

Established in 1938, KLJ provides multidisciplinary engineering and planning services. KLJ is an experienced and respected engineering firm. KLJ performs a significant amount of work in the Bakken, including the permitting, site development, etc. KLJ is responsible for all of the Horizon permitting, site development, and site construction.
